Responsibilities
Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately in company or inventory systems.
Picking and Packing: Accurately retrieve items from storage, inspect them for damage, and pack them securely for dispatch.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with delivery riders, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, record inbound and outbound shipments, and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent shortages.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, shipping delays, returns, and order discrepancies promptly.
