Role Description
The Franchise Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, responsible for overseeing and growing franchise operations within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise expansion, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance with company standards, and supporting franchisees to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network and drive business growth.
Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees while supporting them in developing viable business plans.
Develop and implement training programs to equip franchisees for operational success.
Monitor franchise performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and franchise agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives that increase brand visibility and sales.
Conduct business and competitive analyses to assess franchise performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure franchise rebates are processed promptly and company assets are properly maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Master''s degree and relevant professional certifications in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Sales are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years'' experience in franchise management or a similar business development role.
Experience within the paints, building materials, FMCG, retail, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong business development, relationship management, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
