Azusa Hotel & Apartments, Abuja is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations, commercial performance, and team leadership of our F&B Department.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Food & Beverage management within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Catering Management, or a related field.
Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven knowledge of menu engineering, pricing, and food & beverage cost control.
Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, supplier relations, and stock control.
Excellent leadership, communication, training, and team-development skills.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
Take ownership of F&B P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
Drive revenue growth and maximise departmental profitability.
Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, engineering, pricing, and profitability.
Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, stock levels, and variances.
Manage procurement and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of the F&B team.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for increased F&B revenue.
