Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Operations Officer to monitor and coordinate vehicle movements, driver activities, and fleet operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong numerical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor vehicle movements and locations using GPS tracking systems.
Track drivers’ activities, routes, and trip schedules.
Maintain accurate records of vehicles, trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.
Identify route deviations, delays, or unauthorized vehicle use.
Liaise with drivers, management, and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with company vehicle and safety policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
