Job Description
Supervise all fleet maintenance activities, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive servicing
Maintain a structured maintenance schedule and ensure timely execution.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.

Train and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
Collaborate with fleet operations to minimize vehicle and disruptions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or a related field with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across a range of commercial vehicles.
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
Working knowledge of Nigerian road safety and transport regulations.
