Job Responsibilities:
Conduct direct driver registration in different locations across Addis Ababa, particularly around taxi stations, fuel stations, and other areas where drivers are commonly found.
Explain the economic benefits of joining Yango by comparing drivers' current net earnings with the potential income and benefits they can receive through Yango.
Collect and register accurate driver information, including phone numbers, driving licenses, and identification documents.
Enter collected information into the company's system or through the Telegram bot.
Actively approach potential drivers and encourage them to join the Yango platform.
About You
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the field and meet recruitment targets.
