About the Role
We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition and grow our client base across Lagos.
This is a highly field-based sales role involving regular visits to estates, properties, facility management offices, and other potential client locations.
The ideal candidate should be confident in engaging clients face-to-face, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and direct engagement.
Visit estates, properties, and businesses to meet potential clients and build relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product benefits.
Manage leads from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Provide market feedback on customer needs, competition, and pricing.
Requirements
1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, real estate, facilities management, technology, or related industries.
Experience selling software, SaaS, subscriptions, or other technology products is an advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through direct engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working extensively in the field and travelling across Lagos.
Good knowledge of Lagos and ability to navigate efficiently.
Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Basic CRM/data management skills.
Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 /month
