About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative with proven experience selling sanitary fittings, bathroom, kitchen, or plumbing products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, visiting clients, and driving sales within assigned territories.
This is a field-based role requiring strong knowledge of the sanitary fittings market and the ability to build relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Sell sanitary fittings and related bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, interior designers, and other key customers.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate sales.
Present products, explain features and benefits, and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
Manage existing accounts and provide effective post-sale support.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and market trends.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven sales experience specifically in sanitary fittings, bathroom products, plumbing products, kitchen fittings, or a closely related building-materials category.
Candidates without prior experience selling sanitary fittings or closely related products will not be considered.
Good knowledge of sanitary fittings and the bathroom/plumbing products market.
Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, interior designers, or other industry customers will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Must not be more than 35 years old.
