Job Summary
As the Field Sales Officer, you will drive the sales of delivery bikes through the company’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model while achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers interested in acquiring delivery bikes through the BNPL model.
Conduct field sales activities, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers while providing relevant information on the bike financing process.
Achieve a monthly sales target and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth documentation, processing, and delivery of bikes to customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in motorcycles, automobiles, mobility solutions, financial services, or related industries.
Proven ability to meet sales targets with strong prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with the ability to engage customers in the field.
Must be target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with extensive field sales activities.
