Responsibilities
Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations.
Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations when required.
Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets.
Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor''s Degree in any related field.
Proven experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar role.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid rider''s license.
Experience in address verification and field investigations.
Experience in recovering stolen assets is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of routes and locations within assigned areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
