Role Overview
As a Field Officer, you''ll be the face of Hadi Finance in your assigned cluster. You''ll work directly with traders — onboarding them, supporting inventory financing cycles, encouraging timely repayments, and helping them grow their savings. This role carries real field targets from day one, so we''re looking for someone who has done similar ground-level, target-driven work before and knows what it takes to hit numbers while managing multiple trader relationships. You''ll work closely with the ops team and report on trader activity and repayment risk as part of a small, hands-on operations team.
Success in This Role
Number of traders onboarded and actively financed within your cluster
Repayment rates and timeliness among your trader portfolio
Growth in repeat inventory financing usage among existing customers
Growth in savings mobilised through the Hadi Finance app
Accuracy and consistency of field reporting and record-keeping

What We’re Looking For
Experience
Prior experience in a field-based, target-driven role (e.g., field sales, collections, distribution, or similar ground-level work). This is not an entry-level position. Experience working directly with traders, retailers, or small business owners is an advantage.
