Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections, site visits, and market surveys
Carry out property valuation and appraisal for sales, leases, and mortgages
Manage and market residential, commercial, and industrial properties
Prepare valuation reports, agency reports, and inspection reports
Assist in property negotiations and deal closures
Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions
Support the firm’s marketing activities, including property promotions
Ensure compliance with professional standards and real estate regulations
Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to estate surveying practice
Requirements
B.Sc or HND in Estate Management.
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Must be computer literate
Strong written and oral communication skills
Possession of an unexpired driver’s licence (added advantage)
Proximity to our office is a major advantage to help reduce transportation costs
