Key Responsibilities
Teach English Language effectively at the secondary school level.
Prepare lesson plans, classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
Develop students'' reading, writing, grammar, comprehension and communication skills.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Monitor students'' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
Participate in school activities and work effectively with other teachers.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in English, English Education or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years'' teaching experience after NYSC.
Strong knowledge of the secondary school English Language curriculum.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
Responsible, dedicated, and willing to work as part of a team.
Test: Successful candidates will be required to write a subject-based test.
Only candidates who meet the requirements and reside in Okota or its environs will be considered.
