Key Roles / Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance on electrical / Extra low voltage system systems, including CCTV Camera, Smoke detectors, Public Address system, access control, Smart lighting and HVAC Control.
Troubleshoot and repair of all ELV equipment using hand and power tools.
Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, inspect ELV components.
Identify electrical / ELV problems with a variety of testing devices.
Follow blueprints to ensure that wiring and equipment are installed correctly.
Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
Responding to fault requests.
Identifying faults or hazards.
Qualifications and Experiences
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a ELV maintenance in a facility management sector (preferred).
Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification.
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
Ability to work in confined spaces.

Very good communication & organizational skills.
