An Elite Child Carer is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized childcare to children in a private, high-standard household. The role requires professionalism, discretion, excellent communication, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, stimulating, and well-structured environment for the children.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, hands-on care tailored to each child''s individual needs, age, personality, and routine.
Maintain the children''s daily schedules, including meals, naps, school, homework, activities, and bedtime.
Prepare healthy meals and snacks in accordance with parents'' instructions and dietary requirements.
Support children''s personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and general wellbeing.
Organize age-appropriate educational, creative, sporting, and recreational activities.
Encourage good manners, confidence, independence, and positive social behaviour.
Assist with homework, reading, educational activities, and school projects where appropriate.
Safely transport and accompany children to school, appointments, activities, events, and social engagements.
Maintain children''s bedrooms, play areas, wardrobes, toys, books, and personal belongings in an organized condition.
Monitor children''s safety at all times and follow household security and safeguarding procedures.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children''s routines, progress, activities, and any concerns.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family''s private life, residence, schedules, travel, and personal information.
Coordinate professionally with teachers, tutors, doctors, household staff, drivers, and other professionals when required.
Travel with the family when required and provide consistent childcare during holidays and international trips.
Handle children''s belongings, luggage, school materials, and travel requirements with care and organization.
Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies and follow established medical and first-aid procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience working as a professional nanny, governess, child carer, maternity nurse, or similar childcare role.
Experience working with high-net-worth or private households is an advantage.
Relevant childcare, early-years education, nursing, teaching, or child-development qualifications are desirable.
Current first-aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
Strong references and a verifiable employment history.
