Job Title: Earthwork Foreman
Key Responsibilities
Supervise road earthworks, including excavation, rock fill, embankment fill, and unsuitable material removal.
Coordinate excavators, bulldozers, graders, rollers, loaders, and dump trucks.
Manage daily workforce and equipment allocation to meet production targets.
Supervise material hauling, spreading, leveling, and compaction activities.
Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to ensure compliance with road alignment, levels, and cross-sections.
Monitor daily production quantities and equipment productivity.

About You
Required Experience:
6–8 years in road construction
Qualification:
TVET/Diploma in Road Construction or relevant practical experience.
