Role Summary:
Teach, nurture, and support children aged 3-5 years to develop academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, engaging learning environment.
Key Duties:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, and phonics
Use practical activities, play, and projects to aid learning
Monitor pupil progress and maintain records
Create a warm, organized, and stimulating classroom with displays and learning corners
Communicate regularly with parents on pupil development
Support school programs, events, and competitions
Requirements
NCE/OND/B.Ed in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Expertise with Jolly phonics and EYFS is essential
Experience teaching Early Years is an advantage
Patient, creative, energetic, and child-centered
Good communication and classroom management skills
