The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital banking services, resolving customer issues, supporting channel optimization, and contributing to the delivery of seamless digital banking experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electronic payment systems, banking operations, and customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years'' experience in e-business, digital banking, card services, or electronic payment operations.
Knowledge of electronic banking products and payment platforms.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
