Responsibilities
Safely transport management, staff, guests, and authorized personnel to assigned destinations.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while planning efficient routes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, properly fueled, and well maintained.
Conduct routine checks on oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential vehicle components.
Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Use Google Maps/GPS and knowledge of Lagos routes to navigate efficiently and minimize delays.
Assist with official errands, document movement, and other transportation-related assignments when required.
Ensure the security and proper handling of the assigned vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent.
Valid and current Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of road safety and defensive driving practices.
Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Must be neat, well-groomed, courteous, and professional.
Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
A clean driving record is required.
Added advantages
Previous experience as a Corporate, Executive, or Management Driver.
Valid LASDRI Card.
Defensive driving certification.
Knowledge of major Lagos business routes and alternative routes.
