Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver company products, documents, and other items to customers and designated locations.
Pick up and deliver orders promptly and safely.
Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.
Ensure the motorcycle is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Follow all company policies and road safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dispatch Rider.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
Must have a valid motorcycle riding licence/required documentation.
Good knowledge of Lagos routes, major roads, and different locations.
Ability to use navigation tools such as Google Maps.
Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Ability to handle deliveries carefully and ensure items reach customers in good condition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.
Previous experience working with an FMCG, logistics, or distribution company is an added advantage.
