Job Description
The Digital Platform Officer will manage, monitor, and administer the company’s digital platforms day-to-day. The role will ensure that platforms remain functional, up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives while supporting users and coordinating with internal and technical teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms, websites, portals, and other online channels.
Update platform content, information, products, services, announcements, and other digital materials as required.
Monitor platform performance, functionality, availability, and user activity.
Identify and report technical issues, bugs, and platform challenges and follow up with relevant technical teams for resolution.
Manage user accounts, access, permissions, and platform-related requests.
Provide first-level support and guidance to users experiencing platform-related issues.
Monitor user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
Ensure that digital content and platform information are accurate, current, and properly presented.
Generate regular reports on platform usage, activities, issues, and performance.
Maintain proper records of platform activities, updates, incidents, and user requests.
Work with IT, marketing, operations, and other relevant teams to implement platform improvements and digital initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and digital security procedures.
Support the implementation and testing of new digital features, tools, and platform updates.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital platform administration, website management, IT support, digital operations, or a similar role.
Experience managing websites, online platforms, portals, or digital applications.
Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS), digital tools, and platform analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
