Stella Maris Schools is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Digital Growth & Communication Manager
to lead our digital presence, strengthen our brand communication, and drive meaningful growth across our online platforms.
The successful candidate will combine
digital marketing, content creation, communication, social media management, audience growth, and data-driven strategy
to position Stella Maris Schools as a leading and highly visible educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the School’s overall digital growth and communication strategy.
Manage and strengthen Stella Maris Schools’ presence across social media, website, and other digital platforms.
Develop compelling and engaging content that communicates the School’s values, academic excellence, achievements, activities, and unique identity.
Plan and manage social media content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
Create strategies for increasing online visibility, audience engagement, enquiries, applications, and enrolment.
Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to improve the School’s online presence and competitive positioning.
Coordinate the production of high-quality photographs, videos, graphics, reels, articles, newsletters, and other digital content.
Write and edit website content, social media copy, newsletters, announcements, press releases, and other communications.
Manage the School’s online community and respond appropriately to enquiries, comments, and messages.
Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns, including paid social media campaigns, where appropriate.
Track and analyze digital performance using relevant analytics tools and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
Work closely with the Admissions, Academic, HR, and Management teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Identify stories, achievements, events, student successes, staff accomplishments, and other opportunities that can strengthen the School’s public image.
Support the development of the School’s brand identity and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, visuals, and public communication.
Monitor the School’s online reputation and proactively address communication issues where necessary.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the education sector.
Support the planning and promotion of school events, open days, admission campaigns, and other institutional initiatives.
Ensure all digital communication reflects the School’s professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and institutional values.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Digital Marketing
, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
in digital marketing, communications, social media, brand management, or a similar role.
Demonstrable experience managing professional or corporate social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Ability to create or coordinate compelling visual and video content.
Working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with digital advertising platforms is an advantage.
Strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.
Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the
education sector
will be an advantage.
