Deputy Warehouse Coordinator at BOURBON Oil & Gas

Job Summary

The Deputy Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for controlling all stock movements and inventories, especially the accuracy between physical and ORACLE stock image. He is the one to run and prepare the weekly replenishment order (Min Max). He shall also replace the Senior Warehouse Coordinator during his leave and handle the warehouse housekeeping

Job Details

Follow receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials:

Replace the Senior Warehouse Coordinator during his leave and for duty rotation on week ends

Assist the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

Ensure vendors’ deliveries are received and checked with end users

Control full accuracy between documentation, deliveries and dispatches

Prepare any necessary documentation, especially ORACLE reports and dispatch them properly

Control the arrangements of materials / spare parts properly in the container upon delivery

Control the dispatch of materials / spare parts as required by vessels and end users

Handle stock movements in ORACLE

Prepare inventory as requested by the Senior Warehouse Coordinator

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

Handle permanent turning and sampling inventories

Ensure 100% of items are physically counted at least once per year

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

Prepare Mini-Max, security stocks and automatic reorders

Prepare report on mini-max levels and automatic reorders plan on a weekly basis

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Assist the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

Jointly work with the Senior Warehouse Coordinator to Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.

Ensure proper respect of HSE rules and requirements, housekeeping and maintenance

Respect of basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining material and equipment.

Keep the work area clean and tidy

Good and safe storekeeping

Requirements

A Degree in Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline is required

Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in Warehousing, Stock Controlling, HSE and Supply Chain in a Marine & Logistics Industry
