About the Job
Welcome customers professionally and respond to inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and workshop services.
Receive customer service requests and record vehicle details, customer concerns, and reported faults accurately.
Prepare service reception documents, job cards, work orders, and customer service records.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, servicing, repairs, and delivery schedules with workshop technicians and supervisors.
Explain recommended maintenance and repair services, estimated costs, and expected completion times to customers.
Follow up with customers to provide updates on repair progress, additional work requirements, and service completion.
Obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs or services, in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs and efficient use of service capacity.
Handle customer complaints, service concerns, and feedback professionally, referring complex issues to the Workshop Manager when necessary.
Ensure accurate preparation and communication of service quotations, invoices, and payment documentation in coordination with the relevant departments.
About You
BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in customer service
Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer handling skill, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
