Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Associates at our retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of SIM cards, MiFi devices, and routers.
Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
Promote Vitel Wireless products and convert customer enquiries into sales.
Process SIM registrations and activations accurately in line with company procedures.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales and activation records.
Provide feedback on customer needs, product demand, and sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented approach.
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
