Fleet & Driver Operations Manager
Role Summary
Own driver onboarding, documentation and day-to-day driver administration while supporting the operational relationship between ProTaxi and its driver network.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new drivers onto ProTaxi.
Collect and verify required driver documentation.
Coordinate licence, permit and compliance documentation with the compliance consultant.
Train drivers on the ProTaxi platform and operating procedures.
Manage driver records, vehicle assignment documentation and onboarding status.
Handle driver operational questions and non-customer-service escalations.
Manage driver communications and community channels.
Support the Fleet & Driver Operations Manager with driver performance follow-up.
Identify recurring driver issues and report trends to management.
Ideal Profile
2-4 years in onboarding, KYC, field verification, driver operations or community management. Strong record-keeping, communication and field coordination skills are required.
