Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and in person
Take and process customer orders and follow up on deliveries
Recommend suitable skincare products to customers
Create content for our social media pages, including photos, short videos and captions
Maintain a professional and friendly brand image at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements
Female, aged 21 to 26
Minimum of ND or NCE
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to create social media content (photos, short videos, captions)
Experience in customer service, skincare, beauty, wellness or retail is an advantage
Must live in Lagos, preferably close to Ikeja
Available to work Monday to Saturday.
