Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
Define our creative vision
Raise creative standards across every department
Review and approve creative work before client delivery
Provide constructive, actionable feedback that improves output
Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions
Ensure every project reflects our premium brand positioning
Strategy:
Develop marketing and communication strategies for clients
Build campaign concepts rooted in business objectives
Translate client challenges into creative opportunities
Lead strategic planning sessions
Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, videographers, social media managers, copywriters, and strategists
Build a culture of excellence and accountability
Conduct weekly creative reviews
Identify training and development opportunities
Business Development.

Required Experience
Minimum 5 years in Creative Direction, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Marketing. Media, Agency Leadership, Agency experience is highly preferred.
