Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on RTGs, Mobile Harbour Cranes, spreaders, and related equipment.
Diagnose equipment faults and execute cost-effective repairs to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, control systems, PLC-related components, and other electrical equipment.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with planned maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, confirmation slips, and spare parts documentation.
Adhere to all safety procedures and support a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
Provide technical support during equipment recovery, emergency repairs, and maintenance operations as required.
What We Are Looking For

Hold an ND, HND, BSc, or BTech qualification in an Electrical engineering discipline.
Have 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience within ports, mining, steel, manufacturing, or production environments, including shift work experience.
Demonstrate experience working on Mobile Harbour Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes (RTGs), spreaders, or other heavy-duty port handling equipment.
Possess knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and equipment fault diagnosis.
Be computer literate, analytical, self-motivated, and capable of responding effectively to emergency repairs while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
