Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous and reliable Hotel Porter to provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, and supporting front office operations.
The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage during check-in and check-out.
Deliver messages, parcels, and room service items to guest rooms as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Support the front desk team with guest requests and general inquiries.
Arrange transportation or assist guests with directions when needed.
Ensure prompt and professional service at all times.
Report any guest concerns, lost items, or suspicious activity to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
