Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Corporate Office in establishing and maintaining an integrated Group Planning, Performance Management, and Monitoring System. The role acts as a critical link between approved strategy, operational planning, and execution, translating business plans into measurable performance requirements, monitoring Plan versus Actual metrics, and driving the Group''s Turnaround, Stabilization, and Growth Program.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Operational Planning:
Consolidate approved budgets and operational plans of subsidiary companies, translating them into measurable monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track revenue, sales, collection, production, capacity utilization, costs, profitability, and cash flow; develop consolidated Group performance dashboards and RAG-based tracking systems.
Turnaround & Transformation Tracking:
Monitor stabilization priorities, milestones, and corporate transformation initiatives across subsidiaries to identify operational risks and ensure strategic alignment.
Strategic Planning Support:
Collect and analyze market, operational, and financial data to support the formulation and execution of the Group’s forthcoming Strategic Plan.
Management Coordination & Action Tracking:
Coordinate with subsidiary General Managers and functional leads to follow up on corrective actions, manage the master action tracker, and support management review sessions.
Business & Manufacturing Analysis:
Analyze manufacturing operations, capacity utilization, inventory, and supply chain bottlenecks, connecting operational metrics with overall financial performance.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Management, Planning, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of direct professional experience in corporate planning, business planning, performance monitoring, or management reporting, with practical exposure to manufacturing or private-sector business operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Exceptional analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel, data modeling, dashboard creation, and management reporting.
Deep understanding of KPIs, OKRs, RAG status thresholds, root-cause analysis, and Plan versus Actual evaluation.
