Job Summary
Responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients within assigned market segments by recommending and selling corporate banking products, cross-selling bank services, and driving new business acquisition. The role involves managing customer relationships, conducting thorough credit evaluations, mitigating financial risks, and providing expert business advisory to enhance client value.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new corporate customers while pursuing incremental business within the existing client base.
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Evaluate credit applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and structure balanced financing solutions in line with credit policies.
Proactively monitor credit exposures, identify potential risks, and execute timely follow-up actions to mitigate losses.
Collaborate cross-functionally to cross-sell bank products and services based on data-driven customer insights.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting/Accounting & Finance, Banking, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, out of which 2 years must be at a middle and line management post (corporate banking experience is highly desirable).
