Job Responsibilities
Travel to the frontline as a cloud core delivery technical engineer (TE/TL/TD/SA) to take charge of onsite or remote delivery of cloud core SVC/MSC/MGW/IMS projects, including network design. Installation and deployment. Interconnection commissioning. Cutover, upgrade, expansion, and cutover, familiar with ;
Provide technical assurance for the onsite delivery of cloud core product and solution projects, identify and resolve delivery risks and issues, and undertake key project responsibilities, including but not limited to pre-sales service contract support, technical management organization operation, technical solution development, technical issue and risk management, and technical change. System optimization and major assurance;
Take part in customer training, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team.
Fully communicate with the customer during project delivery and be responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
About You

Have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, including technical solutions and delivery solutions. Be able to actively guide customers and obtain customer support and project team recognition.
Have strong understanding capabilities, be able to effectively analyze and manage customer requirements, and develop feasible solutions based on customer requirements.
Be able to identify technical risks (such as delivery strategies, technical solutions, network security, and bid response clauses) of a product family and take effective measures to cope with and avoid the risks.
Identify and manage technical issues, develop resolution plans and solutions, and complete design reviews. Supervise onsite construction.
1-2 years of experience in the telecom field (familiar with cloud core, IP, and network management)
Requirements for professional knowledge
Familiar with the CS, IMS, NGN, HSS, , and IT product knowledge of any vendor. Or have experience in developing cloud core products such as CS/IMS/SVC. Test. Maintainer First
Have a basic command of call signaling and network evolution in the communications field, as well as datacom network design and commissioning.
Have a sense of cooperation, strong ability to withstand pressure, and be able to adapt to business trips for overseas projects.
