Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Copywriter/Content Creator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms, including video content, video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, blogs, and other marketing materials.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable both creating engaging video content and crafting persuasive copy that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and drives customer action.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other print and digital marketing materials.
Create engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns, including appearing in videos where necessary.
Collaborate with the videographer and digital marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, and video scripts.
Develop persuasive, on-brand content that aligns with the company''s voice, tone, and marketing objectives.
Research industry trends, real estate market developments, viral content, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
Develop compelling headlines, taglines, slogans, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage audience engagement and generate qualified leads.
Adapt writing style to suit different platforms, formats, audiences, and marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with content marketing, copywriting, and digital communication trends to continuously improve content quality.
Requirement
Minimum of 2 years'' experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and SEO best practices.
Ability to write persuasive, creative, and audience-focused content.
Strong research, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience using AI writing tools and content management platforms is an added advantage.
Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
