is looking for a professional cook with a minimum of two years experience to come and join our already thriving team. The cook will be responsible for assisting the chef and should be able to;
Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
Prepare a variety of food item.
Constantly make use of safe and hygienic handling practices
Cook in bulk and make proper use of the kitchen equipment provided.
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a cook as stated above.
Must have a knowledge of local dish techniques , knowledge on intercontinental dishes will be appreciated too.
Candidates should also possess baking and grilling skills.
Capable of working at a fast pace.
Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
