About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on
Content & Social Commerce Lead
to bring the FitMyStyles story to life.
You will turn our sellers, products, fabrics, craftsmanship and customer experiences into compelling content that builds trust, attracts qualified buyers and helps generate sales.
This is
not simply a social-media-posting role
. You will own the day-to-day content engine—from discovering stories and creating content to publishing, engaging with our community and learning from performance.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging short-form videos, photos and written content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels.
Meet and interview tailors and designers and turn their stories, skills and creative processes into compelling content.
Showcase fashion designs, fabrics, craftsmanship and finished garments in ways that inspire customers to discover and shop.
Create buyer-education content explaining how FitMyStyles works—from discovering a design and providing measurements to ordering and receiving a garment.
Create behind-the-scenes content showing how garments move from idea, fabric and measurements to finished pieces.
Shoot and edit much of the day-to-day content yourself using a smartphone, camera or lightweight equipment.
Manage FitMyStyles’ social channels and maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
Engage with comments and messages and help build an active community around custom fashion.
Direct interested customers to relevant products and seller stores on FitMyStyles.
Create seller stories and recruitment content that helps talented tailors and designers discover FitMyStyles.
Repurpose strong content across channels and formats.
Review performance to understand which content, products, sellers and stories generate meaningful interest and traffic.
What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio of social or short-form video content you personally created.
Strong storytelling and content-development skills.
Good video shooting and editing ability.
Strong written communication and copywriting.
Experience managing social-media channels.
Comfortable interviewing and working directly with tailors, designers and customers.
Creative and resourceful—you don’t need a large production team to produce excellent content.
Strong organization and ability to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Comfortable engaging directly with online communities.
Able to use basic performance data to improve future content.
Able to work independently and thrive in an early-stage environment.
Experience in fashion, tailoring, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, weddings, e-commerce or social commerce is strongly preferred.

We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate what they have personally created and the results their work has produced. Practical ability, creativity and execution matter as much as years of experience.
How Success Will Be Measured
Success goes beyond followers, likes and views. We will look at consistent high-quality content production, qualified traffic to FitMyStyles, product and seller-store visits, buyer inquiries, meaningful community engagement, and—where measurable—adds to cart and orders.
