Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Content Craetor who will be responsible for on-site event coverage, creating high-quality photo and video content for social platforms, and delivering content within agreed timelines.
The role involves collaborating with various teams, meeting partner expectations, maintaining Pulse’s visual and editorial standards, and contributing ideas to improve event coverage.
Responsibilities
Cover live events on-site, including concerts, launches, festivals, brand activations, and cultural events
Capture high-quality photo and video content optimised for social platforms
Deliver content in real time or shortly after events, based on briefs and timelines
Execute paid event coverage to agreed standards, ensuring partner expectations are met
Work closely with the Picks team, Design team, and Sales team on event deliverables
Maintain consistency with Pulse’s visual and editorial standards
Contribute ideas to improve event coverage formats and execution over time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Arts, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in event photography, videography, content creation, or a related role.
Strong photo and video production skills, particularly for social media platforms.
Experience covering live events such as concerts, festivals, launches, activations, and cultural events.
Ability to work quickly and deliver content in real time or within tight deadlines.
Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and basic video/photo editing tools.
Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
Ability to work effectively with Design, Sales, and Content teams.
Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site, under pressure, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
A portfolio of event photography/video work is highly desirable.
Ability to understand and execute creative briefs and brand guidelines.
