Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Construction Foreman to supervise daily site activities for a construction site. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, workmanship, and progress of site activities.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials and equipment.
Monitor daily labor attendance and productivity.
Identify site issues and report them promptly to the site management.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
Prepare daily progress updates and report completed works.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Building Technology, or a related field.
3 years of relevant construction site experience.
Strong knowledge of construction activities and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
