About the Job
Supervise and coordinate daily compressor maintenance, repair, inspection, and servicing activities.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for air compressors, gas compressors, and related equipment.
Lead, assign, and monitor the performance of technicians and service personnel.
Conduct technical inspections, equipment testing, commissioning, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compressor installations and repairs comply with manufacturer specifications, technical standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring faults, and recommend corrective and improvement measures.
Coordinate service schedules, emergency repairs, and on-site customer support.
Ensure the availability and proper use of spare parts, tools, equipment, and technical resources.
Prepare maintenance plans, service reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to technicians.
Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in compressor maintenance, technical service, equipment repair, or industrial maintenance.
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Practical experience with industrial air compressors or other relevant compressor systems is required.
Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, commissioning, and technical service coordination is highly desirable.
Additional technical training or certification in compressor systems and industrial maintenance is an advantage.
