Salary: ₦150,000 Net Monthly
Transport Allowance: 2,000 Per day( outside salary)
Performance Bonus: Up to ₦600,000 Monthly
Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding due and overdue payments.
Follow up consistently with customers to secure payment commitments and recover outstanding debts.
Engage customers professionally and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Review loan information, payment history, and account records to determine appropriate collection strategies.
Negotiate settlements, restructuring options, and repayment arrangements within approved guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, payments, and account status.
Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
Meet and consistently achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Identify and escalate unresolved, delinquent, or high-risk accounts appropriately.
