Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient Coding Tutor to teach learners programming concepts and practical coding skills.

The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding learners through coding projects, and simplifying technical concepts based on each learner’s level and learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

Teach programming concepts and coding fundamentals in a clear and engaging manner.

Guide learners through practical coding exercises, assignments, and projects.

Develop lesson plans and learning activities based on the learner’s age, level, and objectives.

Teach relevant programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java, or Scratch, depending on the learner’s needs.

Help learners identify and troubleshoot errors in their code and develop problem-solving skills.

Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Encourage learners to build practical projects that strengthen their coding skills.

Conduct classes professionally, punctually, and in line with the school’s teaching standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of at least one major programming language.

Practical coding and project-development experience.

Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Good computer skills and a reliable internet connection.

Comfortable teaching learners remotely.
