What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company's financial management activities.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Coordinate financial planning, cost control, and measures to improve profitability.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant financial institutions.
Monitor compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.
Investment decisions, and resource allocation.
Qualification
Years of Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in construction or project management.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
