Job Summary
We are seeking a proficient Chinese Translator to facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management and local employees. The successful candidate will provide translation support for factory operations, office administration, and workshop activities while ensuring clear communication and smooth daily operations.
Educational Qualifications
College qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Language or a related field of study.
Proficiency in the Chinese language is required.
Work Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of factory experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily Chinese language translation activities within the factory.
Provide translation support for office and workshop management.
Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking management and employees.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and workshop operations.
Coordinate effectively with factory staff and office personnel.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling translated information.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong Chinese language translation and communication skills.
Good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Ability to coordinate effectively with factory and office personnel.
