Responsibilities
Support implementation of the Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM).
Receive, document, categorize and follow up complaints, feedback, questions and requests.
Provide accurate information on programme activities, eligibility criteria, entitlements and available services.
Handle sensitive complaints confidentially and refer them through appropriate channels.
Maintain accurate CFM records and support timely reporting.
Support community sensitization on available feedback and reporting channels.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree, HND or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Communication or a related field.
Experience in community engagement, CFM, accountability, protection or humanitarian programming is desirable.
Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.
Integrity, professionalism and compliance with C-HID policies, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, anti-fraud and anti-corruption requirements.
Knowledge of Gujba and/or Buni Yadi is an advantage.
