Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s logistics business and market share.
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, profitability, and operational costs.
Develop and manage business budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
Prepare regular business performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industry.
Proven experience in business management, operations, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of logistics operations and commercial processes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze business performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business/operations software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
