About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive business development, manage client relationships, and support the successful delivery of consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure effective execution of management priorities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate consulting projects, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
Monitor business performance, revenue, project profitability, and key KPIs.
Coordinate teams, promote accountability, and support employee performance.
Prepare business reports, proposals, presentations, and management updates.
Identify operational gaps and implement practical process improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business management, consulting, operations, business development, or a related role.
Experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage.
Strong business development, client management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
