Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to oversee bricklaying activities at construction sites, ensure quality workmanship, and supervise artisans and laborers.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of block work, site coordination, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise bricklayers and site workers on daily operations.
Ensure quality and timely completion of bricklaying projects.
Interpret construction drawings and measurements.
Monitor materials usage and site safety compliance.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in bricklaying supervision.
Good knowledge of construction processes and site management.
Ability to lead a team effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates residing around Oshodi-Isolo axis will have an added advantage.
