Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven Brand/Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, marketing campaigns, consumer engagement, and market expansion for a growing FMCG / consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, retail/trade marketing, outdoor, and activations.
Drive trade marketing, retail visibility, product launches, promotions, and consumer engagement.
Monitor consumer trends, competitors, market performance, and campaign ROI.
Manage agencies, media partners, influencers, vendors, and other marketing partners.
Work closely with Sales / Commercial teams to drive product demand and market growth.
Manage marketing budgets and provide performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
4–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or related roles.
Mandatory: Proven professional experience working with the UK and / or European market.
FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, trade / retail marketing, consumer insights, and product launches.
Strong commercial, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Demonstrable ability to use marketing initiatives to drive sales and business growth.
