Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced banking professional for a customer services management or branch accounts administration role. The successful candidate should have a strong academic background in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field, along with relevant banking industry experience. Applicants must meet the specified educational, experience, and gender-based experience requirements for the respective position and grade.
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
For MA/MBA holders:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related field, with 6.5 years of banking industry experience for male candidates or 5.5 years for female candidates.
For BA holders:
BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related field, with 8.5 years of banking industry experience for male candidates or 7.5 years for female candidates.
Of the required banking industry experience, applicants must have either 2 years of experience as a Customer Services Manager, Grade B, or 3 years of experience as a Branch Accounts Administrator, Grade A.
