Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, supporting financial and marketing management activities, and maintaining effective customer and credit operations. The role requires relevant experience in credit and loan operations, basic financial management and reporting skills, knowledge of microfinance products and KYC principles, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements:
MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
Years of Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Relevant Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Credit & Loan Officer.
Work experience must be verified and presented in writing during registration.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
Basic computer application skills.
Soft Skills
Good communication skills.
Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of company operational policies and procedures.
Basic knowledge of KYC principles.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the branch level.
Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices.
